The 2009 Annual Meeting of the UHMS Great Lakes Chapter was be held on

Saturday, October 24, 2009 in Toronto at the conference centre opposite Toronto General Hospital.

This will be our last meeting as the Great Lakes Chapter.  It was our 30th and a fine meeting, with a very large and enthusiastic attendance.

However,  out of our ashes (we are dissolving this year), a new Canadian Chapter of the UHMS will be born:

    Canadian Chapter of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society / Chapitre Canadien du Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society has been formed with members coming from across Canada.

There will be a meeting / symposium this year, in tandem with the

    Canadian Underwater Conference and Exhibition  http://www.underwaterconference.ca/
